"I spent yesterday afternoon celebrating the Grand Opening of Healing Lotus Yoga and Reiki. Susan Martinez is a gifted Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. I unfortunately missed the kirtan but was able to enjoy the outdoors Yoga class and meet new people. I also met some people who I'd seen before and it was joyous to reconnect with them. A man had brought his two children with them and they totally blew my mind. Their energies are clear, shining and they are incredibly beautiful souls. Both took to Yoga as if they were born to practice it.
Susan also worked with Mendhi and we were able to watch her apply the henna paste to show us how the body can be decorated. Mendhi uses the application of henna to decorate the body. I've never had it done on me before, nor had I ever had the opportunity to watch it being done.
